Jenni Tuller, PT, MS, Cert. MDT, Owner
Jenni Tuller, PT, MS, Cert. MDT, Owner earned her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Ithaca College in 2000. Her early years of practice were spent at Thompson Health in Canandaigua, NY until joining PTS Rochester in 2006. She has trained extensively in the McKenzie treatment method for spine and extremities, and in 2009 became certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment. She has also trained in vestibular rehabilitation, including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), hypo-functioning, cervicogenic dizziness, and cervical stabilization. She now devotes a significant time in her practice and studies to treatment of migraines and cervical headaches. Jenni feels that the best results come from focused treatment including manual therapy, joint and soft tissue mobilization, and patient participation with home exercises programs and education.
Stephen Fose, PT, DPT, CSCS
Stephen Fose, PT, DPT, CSCS graduated and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University at Buffalo in 2014. Shortly after graduating, Stephen became certified with the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to further his knowledge with strength and athletic performance while working with higher-level athletes. He is fully trained in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT) and is in the process of completing his certification (Cert. MDT). Stephen has worked with a large variety of patients including chronic and recurrent pain, acute injury, and has extensive training with pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation and sports rehab. Additionally, Stephen is also trained on modern pain concepts and strategies to safely return patients to previous physical activities and hobbies. Stephen is an energetic and positive professional who thrives on building lifelong relationships. He enjoys teaching patients how to prevent recurrent problems by developing a unique home program to prevent future injuries and to improve poor movement patterns.
Jacob Templar, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT
Jacob Templar PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT. graduated from Utica College with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Studies and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jacob has earned Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for spine and extremity, and also has earned qualification with Integrated Musculoskeletal Care as an Affiliate Outcomes Accountable clinician. In 2020 Jacob earned the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist credential from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. Jacob has performed extensive post-graduate training in Advanced Orthopedic and Sports rehabilitation, modern pain concepts to help individuals with chronic pain, and is trained in treatment of Vertigo and Post Concussion Syndrome. In addition to working for PTSR, Jacob is a consultant for The Strength Guys, an internationally renowned Powerlifting Strength and Conditioning group. He is the current NYAPTA Finger Lakes District Secretary and coordinates students within our clinic and is very passionate about the continued growth of his knowledge base. Jacob values Physical Therapists' role not only as a medical practitioner but as an educator about how patients can reduce future injuries and improve their overall health.
Catherine Losurdo, PT, DPT, OCS
Catherine Losurdo, PT, DPT, OCS graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in 2014. She has been a practicing therapist in the Rochester area since. She earned her board certification of Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2018 after demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge, extensive experience and skills in both nonoperative and operative orthopedic injuries. She enjoys developing a relationship with her patients to be able to safely get them back to the activities they love and teaching preventive techniques to avoid future injuries.
John Russo, PT, DPT
John Russo, PT, DPT, graduated and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in 2014. After graduating, he practiced Physical Therapy in Livingston County, NY from 2014-2021, treating primarily orthopedic patients, both non-operative and post-operative. He has also developed skills in treating Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) and patients with post-concussion symptoms. John has begun his training in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT) and has also studied Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). He believes in treating patients as a whole, not just their injury or impairment, through education about their condition in order to empower them to make the changes necessary to return to work, become more independent in their lives, and return to their favorite hobbies/sports.
Natasha Allen, Office Manager
Natasha Allen graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of English Literature Degree and a Minor in Business. She continued on to receive a Master's Degree in Secondary Education at the University of Rochester. While working to complete her degrees, she began a clerical career in Radiology, affiliated with the University of Rochester. Throughout her nine years, she moved up throughout the company allowing her to fine-tune her insurance and billing skills along with accepting many leadership roles. Her educational background paired with her extensive skills gathered in the medical industry has led her to become the manager at our practice. Natasha understands that everyone's situation is different, and her goal is to ensure that all patients are treated with care and respect to help them on the road to recovery.
